I don't know about you, but I am super excited about the fall season - especially on super HOT days like today. Don't get me wrong, I love summer and I am trying to enjoy every minute, but I am starting to look forward to the cooler, fall season too.
Everyone knows by now we decorate porches all over Atlanta with fabulous pumpkin design. I decided to pull together some other ideas related to pumpkin decorating.
-
Carve or paint your pumpkin: One classic way to decorate with pumpkins is to either carve them into jack-o-lanterns or paint them in different colors and patterns. This can be a fun activity for the whole family!
-
Stack them up: Try stacking different sizes of pumpkins in a decorative way to create a unique fall display. You can add other elements like flowers or leaves to complete the look.
-
Use them as flower vases: Hollow out a large pumpkin and fill it with flowers to create a beautiful centerpiece or accent piece for your home.
-
Create a pumpkin topiary: Stack multiple small pumpkins on top of each other to create a pumpkin topiary. You can add other fall decor like twigs, leaves, and berries to complete the look.
-
Paint them with chalkboard paint: Use chalkboard paint to create a unique pumpkin that you can write messages on throughout the fall season. It's a great way to personalize your pumpkin decor.
Stay tuned for some fun pictures or all things pumpkins.
